Blooms and bunnies. One is common to come across at a wedding; the other, not so much. But who would not love an evening surrounded by luscious florals, stunning light and the cutest little ball of fluff you ever did see? I am excited to share The Maples Woodland Wedding Inspiration featured on Inspired by This today!
In the heart of Northern California’s valley, Bri and Brandon tied the knot under a stunning display of florals. Lining the stone fireplace of The Maples’ back patio, designed by With Grace and Love Events. From gold chairs, to pops of pink florals arranged by Florals by Alana Marie, the affair was nothing short of intimate and romantic. The bride and groom exchanged vows from their timeless The Art of Etiquette vow books. But what brought this pink and blue dream of an evening to life was a furry friend. Murphy – a calico colored lop rabbit that spent time with the couple on the stunning lounge by Lux Event Rentals & Design and, of course, enjoyed the florals himself.
A Stunning Design
While relaxing on the plush velvet settees, guests were delighted to find their seats through a stunning bloom-centered escort card display. Each escort card adorned an individual bud vase and a custom blush wax seal. These showed guests to their table with calligraphy by Ashley Baumgartner. Certainly, love was in full bloom, surrounded by romantic patterned La Tavola Linens and more florals.
A stunning intimate dinner reception with a peek at the varying sights The Maples has to offer embarked upon dusk. Plush pink velvet by Party Crush Studio lined the table with dusty blue taper candles. A classic clean and modern place setting from Celebrations, and sleek metallic silverware completed the look. A modern and simple menu adorned with a matching place card showed guests where to dine. After dinner, guests were treated to a one-of-a-kind design cake by Paper Heart Patisserie.
Pink and blue stationery by Ashley Baumgartner tied together the stunning design, complementing the romantic elements with clean and simple lines next to soft and wispy calligraphy.
The bride wore a subtly sparkly Hayley Paige gown from La Soie Bridal while the groom looked dapper in a Bonobos suit. The perfect romantic bridal look was completed with hair and makeup by All Dolled Up and the perfect pair of Bella Belle bridal heels. The bride’s best friend stood by her side in a stunning blue gown from Lulus.
From Murphy’s appearance to pops of pink and gold, it truly was a delightful evening of blooms and bunnies.
